What we can do, and what we can't
Trust starts with being upfront, so here it is in plain English.
โ Happy to help with
- Powers of attorney, affidavits and sworn statements
- Real estate and loan signing packages
- Travel consent letters for minors
- Business contracts, HR and vendor forms
- Vehicle VIN verifications
- Remote online notarization when meeting isn't practical
๐ซ What we won't do (Florida law)
- Give legal advice or pick the form for you
- Notarize for someone who isn't present, or doesn't seem to understand or want to sign
- Notarize a document with blank spaces left in it
- Skip the ID check, even if we've met you before
- Notarize a vital record like a birth certificate. Those need a certified copy from the state.
Coral Springs and the rest of Broward
We're in neighborhoods like Eagle Trace, Ramblewood, Turtle Run, Cypress Run, Running Brook and Wyndham Lakes, and at offices along University Drive and Sample Road. We serve all of Broward County, including Parkland, Margate, Tamarac and Coconut Creek. Travel fees depend on distance and are quoted upfront.
Prefer to skip the visit? Lots of documents can be done by remote online notarization from your laptop or phone.
Who you'll be working with
Notary Etcetera is a small, local business, not a call center. When you call or text, you're reaching the people who will actually show up and handle your documents.
We're a commissioned Florida notary, bonded and insured, and certified through the National Notary Association. We'll check IDs carefully and follow Florida law to the letter, because your documents need to hold up later. We won't rush you, and we'll tell you straight if something can't be notarized the way it's written.

Coral Springs notary questions
Do you do evening appointments in Coral Springs?
Yes. Evenings and weekends are when a lot of Coral Springs families are actually home, so we schedule plenty of them. Late-night and holiday visits are possible too. Just call.
Can you notarize at my office?
Sure. We regularly visit offices for HR forms, contracts, affidavits and corporate documents. If several employees need something notarized, we can do them all in one visit.
Can you notarize a document that's in Spanish or another language?
Often, yes, as long as the notarial wording is in a form we can complete and you understand what you're signing. Send us a photo of the notary section first and we'll tell you.
What if I'm not sure what type of notarization I need?
That choice belongs to you or whoever asked for the document, not the notary. Florida law doesn't allow us to pick it for you. Check with the agency, lender or attorney, and we'll take it from there.
